Over the past year, I've received requests to teach Painting with Fire Workshops from so many nice people across the country. I wish I could have accepted them all because I love to teach AND have a serious case of wanderlust! So, I did the next best thing! I've created a ning group for an Online Painting with Fire Workshop where you can view the videos when you want and how often you want! You say you live in Latvia? No problem! Ah, the beauty of the internet!
I LOVE THE NING GROUP FORMAT for so many reasons!
It's interactive!
Members have their own page!
Photos from the group greet you as you log in!
Online chats are our Q&A sessions!
Comments scroll down the sidebar!
The workshop details, along with the winner, will be announced on Monday. But until then, for a little fun, let's take a walk through my studio ... as it is!
Wow Barbara - this is awesome!!! I have announced the giveaway on my Facebook and going now to put a post on the blog. I am so excited and I can't wait to go and check it out!
Love your studio; it's a true working space and the natural light is terrific. Wonderful how you have the various dedicated work stations. It was nice to see realistic photos of a studio that is actually used instead of something that is pretty and pristine :)
Hi there. I'm a little confused about how to enter so I'm posting this comment here and sharing on my FB. I'd love to take one of your workshops someday. You are amazing.
Great idea, Barbara! Sounds like the next best thing to your coming to my home and teaching me personally (my dream if I win the lottery, by the way!). I shared on my fb page at www.facebook.com/mymicromacrame.
shoot...I commented in the wrong spot so now I will share it again! I think this is a great idea for anyone who can't get to an in person class with you
Barbara, I am happy to see you are offering your class online now. I know it will reach even more eager-to-learn students. I know this has been in the works for some time now and can only imagine all of the preparation it took behind the scenes. Speaking of behind the scenes, what a great studio tour video! It was nice to hear your voice again and walk through your space. This is your new studio in Fl, right? WOW what a set up - really a dream, with stations dedicated to everything from photo staging (loved the painted board photo prop idea) to metal work. Your in-person students are really in for some in-depth learning with a hands on studio like this. Maybe one day I'll make it to St. Pete! :-) I mentioned your new course on FB... thanks for the give away opportunity! :-)
Just posted about your ecourse on my facebook page, and I'm following you, too.
Your course sounds wonderful, I've often wished I lived close enough to take your classes. Love your book - purchased it a while back, too. Thanks...Linda L http://www.LamoreAllure.Blogspot.com
Luv your book already - the course would be the whip cream icing on a cherry topped cake! Following your blog, noted on my blog and linked you on my FB page! Thx for the opportunity!
Wow, I'd love to win this e.course. I have already purchased your kit to get started, but haven't yet tried it. This would be just the ticket to get me going. Thank you for the opportunity.
I am also going to post on facebook, twitter and my blog.
Wow, I love your studio...wish it was mine :) Can't wait to hear the details of the workshop. I just got your book in the mail yesterday and I can't wait to get started. I will post this on my FB page. Sonya
Barbara, you so amazing and energy level to boot. I love the idea of enameling and someday I will get there. I loved seeing your studio. It is reassuring to see that all creative people have organization that no one else would ever understand. I cleaned my studio all last weekend and I still can't see it. Anyway, best of luck with your new adventure. I think online is a wonderful way to touch everyone. Can't wait to see it unfold.
I blogged about your online course at http://www.cindycagecreativity.com/cjc/Blog/Entries/2012/2/23_enamels.html. I added a photo of my first enameled piece. Thanks Barbara!
Already posted on my fb pg. Wow it would be so awesome to be able to take your course. I've been in love with enameled beads for awhile but just didn't know where to start. I think enameled pieces would be a great addition to my skill set :)
