The Softer Side of Enamel by Diane Cook!

Before we introduce Diane Cook and her work, I'd like to announce that these beads ...

Cathedral Beads
Giveaway Beads at Waterstone Studio's Blog
are going to Debbie Merhege of Bludawg Designs.  Congratulations, Debbie, please reach me through www.torchfiredenameljewelry.com so I can get your things out to you right away.

I think one of the nicest parts of this Virtual Book Tour is seeing how different artists interpret torch-fired enamel in their work.  You might be asking yourself, "How in the world is someone like Diane Cook going to introduce the vibrancy of torch-fired enamel into her vintage-inspired pieces?"  Well, the answer is, "She's not!"  Diane's staying true to her aesthetic by using soft colors like Robin's Egg and Spruce ... two very beautiful colors and perfect for her work.

These are some examples of Diane's "framed" pieces, which she teaches to her adoring students!  Please check Diane's blog because there's lots more to be seen!
