It has just occurred to me that when the book is over, what excuses will I have for not cleaning the house! What to do, what to do? I think it will be just easier to move!
Laughing because I can come up with a zillion and one excuses not to clean house. And you know, I'm not even writing a book. Having a pristine house is highly overated!
It is definitely NOT easier to move! We moved for the first time in 17 years in December. I am STILL trying to sell that other house and have been going there daily to clean it and get it ready for the big showings this week. What will I do when that house sells? I will actually have to clean out my garage over here and actually find a place for everything!
Besides, cleaning is overrated. Remember you turn to dust right? So I am doing it a little early!
I don't know what it is with houses these days - they just don't seem to be able to stay clean. You put in all that work and what happens? It needs to get cleaned again! I think you should find another project. BTW - when is the book going to be on the market?
nature loves a vacuum and you are one motivated woman - i have no doubt that you will soon be in the midst of some new big thing! there, house cleaning averted!
Haha! We had a joke in our family that when it was time to clean, my mom would redecorate. lol. I think it was my dad's joke - sounds appropriate, don't you think? I say redecorate. :)
It is more fun to play then to clean. Of course I swore off cleaning like did in the army - no more cleaning like I was prepping for an inspection! HA! I can't wait till the book comes out!
I had to smile reading your post! I don't have a book for the reason behind my messy house! I agree with Judy..maybe book #2 will be in order to avoid house cleaning! Cindy
